Building on target for Central Oregon.
Led by President John Lietz, the Arrowood team has been building custom homes and luxury townhomes in Central Oregon and elsewhere for more than 25 years. Since starting in the private golf community of Broken Top in Bend, we have hit the mark with other communities in La Jolla, California; Sparks, Nevada; Lake Oswego, Oregon; and Richland, Washington.
We recently sold our final home at PointsWest , a luxurious neighborhood of townhomes adjacent to the Deschutes River at the Seventh Mountain Resort. Thankfully for those who missed out, we have several more homes under construction right next door at Milepost 1. This collection of townhomes and single-family homes puts an incredible amount of recreational activity at your doorstep, including Widgi Creek Golf Course. What’s more, it’s only 15 minutes away from the slopes of Mt. Bachelor.
Milepost 1 is designed to offer secure, carefree living for full- or part-time residents, and is open to short- and long-term rentals. Architect John Muir’s flexible floor plans range from 1,900 to more than 2,900 square feet, with prices starting in the high $500,000s. Arrowood is also putting the finishing touches on another townhome neighborhood in Tetherow: Tripleknot Townhomes . Like PointsWest and Milepost 1, Tripleknot offers the ultimate in carefree living in its few remaining two-story four-bedroom townhomes designed by John Muir. In four years of participation on the Central Oregon Builders Association Tour of Homes, it won an impressive total of 14 awards within its price range, including Best of Show each time.
If you’re looking for a little more room to stretch out, along with some stunning views, you’ll want to pay a visit to Tartan Druim, Arrowood’s collection of single-family homes in Tetherow. Perched atop some of the highest terrain in Tetherow, Tartan Druim invites you to customize the home of your dreams on a larger-size homesite in a gated community.
Tartan Druim provides easy access to all the recreational opportunities of Tetherow, Phil’s Trailhead, the nearby Deschutes River and the Cascade Lakes. Meanwhile, shopping, dining and entertainment in downtown Bend and the Old Mill are all just three roundabouts away.
