About Arrowood 

Building on target for Central Oregon.

Led by President John Lietz, the Arrowood team has been building custom homes and luxury townhomes in Central Oregon and elsewhere for more than 25 years. Since starting in the private golf community of Broken Top in Bend, we have hit the mark with other communities in La Jolla, California; Sparks, Nevada; Lake Oswego, Oregon; and Richland, Washington.

We recently sold our final homes at PointsWest and Milepost 1, a pair of luxurious townhome neighborhoods adjacent to the Deschutes River at the Seventh Mountain Resort. Both collections of homes were designed by architect John Muir to take advantage of an incredible amount of recreational activity, including Widgi Creek Golf Course, right outside the door.

 In 2019, Arrowood also put a wrap on another townhome neighborhood on the opposite of Tetherow: Tripleknot Townhomes. In four years of participation on the Central Oregon Builders Association Tour of Homes, Tripleknot won an impressive total of 14 awards within its price range, including Best of Show each time.

As the three townhome projects have sold out, Arrowood has recently broken ground on a brand-new neighborhood of townhomes at the Bend Golf Club. 1925 offers the very first opportunity to live at Bend’s original golf and country club, which features indoor swimming and tennis, along with other year-round member activities. One- and two-story townhomes will provide exceptional views of the 10th fairway.
